About the Role
This role is based within the Customs Team of the National Supply Chain Department. The role involves working on customs processes including import and export processing, port clearance and associated customs compliance works.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing import and export declarations via customs software systems and Revenue Online Service (ROS).
- Liaising with key stakeholders in the customs process such as Government Agencies, Suppliers, Supply Chain 3rd party service providers and Internal Departments.
- Completing all associated customs data requirements such as Declarations, Master data, Post Clearance checks and KPI’s.
- Contributing to the continuous drive for compliance, optimisation and efficiency across all customs processes.
- Contributing to the wider National Supply Chain Management Team in GB/IE.

- Confident using Microsoft Offices packages (incl. Excel)
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience in a customs environment.
- Previous experience in processing customs declarations with a relevant Customs qualification.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and administration skills.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
- Reliable, flexible, open and resilient with a proven ability to work well within a Team.
